Thank you Kelly for your response but please don't confuse market conditions with poor customer service.

I really have never felt so dumb in my life. I heard the add on the radio and wanted to shorten my loan so I called Quicken Loans. I was connected to a "loan specialist" who took down my information and I thought I explained myself very clearly but I must have been speaking in a different langauge.
After we went through the documentation process they quickly forgot my phone number and email. The communications dried up. So I called and was told that everything was fine and that I would be hearing from them soon.
Two weeks later I called and was told they may need a few more things and was then given 7 things they needed I uploaded them and called back again. What a pack of idiots! 129c4ae

I heard from them soon alright 5 weeks later told me everything was fine that I needed to submit more documents and I did Four weeks later the same song and dance THE MOST INCOMPETENT MORTGAGE LENDERS a pack of fools Stay away from quicken loans AVOID QUICKEN LOANS they will amaze you alright!!!! |
