Quicken Loan issued a letter of loan approval to me.

On that basis, I made an offer on the property.

Quicken Loans withdrew the approval and denied the loan for no valid reason.

My financial condition had not deteriorated.

Their pre-approvals are not really approvals - more like a pre-qualification.

A pre-approval is supposed to mean that you are approved for a loan, with no loopholes other than fraud or financial derterioration since the time the approval was given

I wasted a lot of time dealing with this company. I wish I had applied at a traditional bank.

Beware when dealing with this company. 129c69c
