| 3. Written by Retired in Wyoming on October 25, 2011 from basin, wyoming, US We closed on a 20 yr, lower rate refi with Quicken. The process was smooth and their customer service outstanding. Quicken called about 3 weeks ago offering a 15 yr loan with 2 pts lower rate. Same smooth process and outstanding customer service. We close this coming Saturday morning. I agree using Quicken has been a positive experience. |
