Written by cbudz on December 20, 2011 from rochester, new york, US Then why has no refund of the diffrence of the $400 minus the supposed $350 in appraisal costs been sent after three months ? perhaps if Quicken didn't pull fast ones on people,it wouldn't have to monitor the comments being made here ! but I'm sure there will be another excuse of a fee to cover that one too... |
| 2. Written by QuickenLoans on December 20, 2011 from detroit, michigan, US Hi. I'm Kelly from Quicken Loans. I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience. Please know that we have no influence on appraisals. And if your appraisal came in low, we would deny the loan. In case of denial, we refund the deposit, minus any money spent on your behalf. WE KEEP NOTHING. It is not a rip-off or scam. The deposit policy is clearly explained on the application you signed at the beginning - it's also on our website. If you or anyone has any questions, please feel free to contact me directly: |

So.. Quicken this ! |
