Dear Quicken wiser people !
I am writing to thank you all for your information on this site.
I would have been trapped like you if I, at the last minute, did not decide to do a check on Quicken's credit report.
I am female and a senior citizen.
I particularly thank the young athletic and bright woman who had the courage to admit, even a well educated
young woman as she is, got roped into a company such as this one. I read only two positives out of what seemed like a hundred complaints. Thank you all again.
The date of this message is Oct, 29, 2011. I was about to fill out an application for a Reverse mortgage loan.
I received a call from the company and when I answered the phone someone said what sounded like an ex-pletive with the last two words saying "at you."
I was totally shocked and recalled the number. I had to wait for a few moments before I was connected. The
switchboard person's voice sounded exactly like the person who had made the expletive. She denied it and I
asked to be forwarded to the original person I was going to sign up with for a mortgage. As she did this she
forgot to turn off the sound and I was not on hold, but heard everything that Sharon, the switch board operator was saying". She repeated everything that I had said to her, including the fact that I had said that
my mistake was that her voice sounded a lot like the person I was working with/. I asked her directly if she
knew this person!. She had told me "no I do not know any one like that, and there are a lot of people working
here," now she was talking to a third party and was going to warn the person that I was waiting to be connect-
ed to". At that point she noticed that she had been heard and hung up, never connecting me to the original
woman I was working with:. She was caught in her lie/. So if the lies are at the top they are also at the bottom
How sad is this world coming to??? I would say Godless;.
I caught a girl at the switchboard name Sharon who lied about the person i was trying to do business with,
She claimed she did not know this person but she would connect me?. In the process of connecting me she
did not turn off the sound and she now was talking to someone else 129ce2e
