The "loan specialists" are not knowledgeable about title issues. Requests for documentation drag on and on. They don't have a clue about private loans. Communications within the company seem to be terrible, and they seem to pass off "problem issues" like a hot potato. It would be easier on both the client and Quicken if Quicken would just be upfront that they can handle simple, uncomplicated transactions only. It was an incredible drag trying to work with them, for both me and my private lender who I was trying to pay off. In the end I withdrew the application, as I figured it would just be the neverending story. 129cfe0
