I am currently dealing with Quicken Loans". They were about to close the
loan and then suddenly asked for more documents/. I got a phone call from
an employee who actually harassed me and implied that I was dishonest!.
I am wondering if there are enough complaints to initaite a class action
against them". My loan is not even closed yet, but I am smelling a rat;. I
am also going to contact the FTC about them?.
This was suppose to be a simple"free" refinance to lower my rate by 1%;. The loan solicitor would not take NO for an answer so I finally agreed/. Same old thing is happening to me as everyone else is reporting.

Everything has been set to close for a month. We are now 2 days from close and we get a call saying we have to prove more $. Where was this information from them a month ago. This is not even close to the first issue we have had with them in this process, just the most frustrating after nearly 2 months of a complete unorganized mess. Never again! |
