Well, it did but I was denied for debt to income ratio'. I couldn't use the appraisal with someone else because they wanted their own (wonder why)!. I couldn't even use it to contest my taxes". I complained to HUD and they referred me to the Atty General of WA. state. They referred me to the WA. state office of Financial Institutions. I just heard back today Nov 29 2011 and the loan stuff started in Jan 2011. I had to call 3 times to the last office to even get a response. They say they are following the law but I don't think she even investigated only taking the word of QL. RUN RUN RUN 129d263

Quicken Loans is the most corrupt company in America and they should be sued by all the people they have ripped off who obviously cannot afford to lose the $500 to $1,000 they basically stole. The people who own Quicken Loans were inept and not very nice, after they got what they initially wanted. the deposit that will never be refunded. Run like the wind away from them!!
