I gave info and $400 Up front fee. They said if credit good, they would order appraisal and if appraised high enough, they could get me a loan. They ran credit excellent, said if my house appraised for at least 70,000 they would finance. Credit was good, house appraised at 92,000, then I get the sorry we can't help you e mail saying credit not high enough. Why order appraisal then?!!! Why say credit excellent? Big scam to get your $400. I am on phone now with a local banker who says my credit is fine!After appraisal guy was here, I couldn't get a response by phone or email for 2 weeks. They did the same thing to us.They are a rip off got our infor but wanted to much infor just to refinance and had the nerve to call me a liar if you plan to get your house refianced DO NOT USE THEM Iam going to report them to the BBB and attorney general
