We were emailed papers to be signed electronically, supposed to be everything, then comes more paperwork to be signed !Remember we were already conditionally approved '.
We were given closing dates that came and went ,but they needed more inspections and more money ! oh yes we had already been charged A $500 fee which was to be refunded, yeah right !!
We got sick & tired of the runaround and said " forget it " we had enough, after 6 weeks of runaround
No one seemed to know just what the other one was doing, they did not seem to know exactly how to answer our questions either,.
They need to be SUED, SUED, SUED !!!!! 129d35e

| 1. Written by Barbara Chavez on March 1, 2012 from las vegas, nevada, US I too am having this same exact problem. I applied for this loan over a month ago and am still trying to get approved after having been initially "conditionally" approved. I have already submitted most of the required paper work but it seems like it's never enough...more paperwork required. I am getting very tired of all this runaround. Should have just refinanced with my own bank or another local company. Engineered to amaze? Yup I'm amazed all right. I'm amazed for a loan this size (less than $57,000, they need so much paper work. I've bought several homes in my lifetime and refinanced many of them and NEVER have I had such difficulty obtaining a loan. |
