The worst experience.Wound up costing us thousands of dollars in lost credit from seller because of delays by Quicken. Totally their fault. They admitted it!! Do not use them. Go local. Two weeks before closing, after paying for inspection, attorney fees, title search, quicken learned correct tax amount.(why this was not researched earlier I don't know) .. Gave quicken loans(Alisha Penn) credit card info for their fees to start process. I pulled money out of my 401k( 6 month penalty for doing so. They assume that you are a liar and you have to provide documents for every little detail.Visit you local bank and support your local economy and not these idiots. There are constant delays and intermanable phone calls which become intrusive and very annoying. Do not believe their ads and hype. You can do much better.
