Quicken Loans illegally pulled my credit file
Quicken Loans called me at 8:30 in the morning on a Sunday on Memorial Day weekend. I asked them to call me back at 1.
They were very pushy, but I insisted for them to call back and then hung up the phone. 5 minutes later, I was awakened again this time by a Trans Union credit alert. Quicken Loans had illegally pulled in viewed my credit file. Causing an inquiry on my credit report and marring my credit.
When confronted about it, they didn't want to remove the inquiry from my credit report, so I will be suing them.
Quicken Loans has a history of a fraud and being sued for fraud. So I was using that as evidence in my lawsuit against them.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
